Outwardly many women portray or appear confident, full of assurance and in control of their lives. Yet, when we remove the mask it reveals that most of us are truly broken and in need of Healing Empowerment and Restoration. This safe space is designed just for H.E.R.

Our Mission

H.E.R.’s mission is to provide a holistic view of basic essentials for living naturally and spiritually through Healing, Empowerment and Restoration. Our goal is to encourage self–love, self-sufficiency and implement programs that will allow women to utilize basic principles and self-discipline in order to aid them in pursuing purpose and destiny for their lives.

Our Vision

Our desire is to rebuild young ladies inside out with the necessary tools to live a healthy and prosperous life by teaching them how to effectively care for themselves and communicate with others, as well as assist them with incorporating the teachings and discipline into productive everyday living in order to create change in the community and become self-sufficient.

Who We Are

H.E.R. Sanctuary was planted in the heart of our CEO in 2000. This company was birth out of her desire to serve others in the community while LOVING people back to life. H.E.R. Sanctuary focuses on coaching women through educational teachings,that will assist them while navigating through life’s difficult issues. We act as a support system in order to help women cope with the demands and challenges of everyday life. H.E.R. Sanctuary is committed to enhancing lives of all women mind, body, soul and spirit. We are committed to change and providing a life changing experience.

What We Do

H.E.R Sanctuary Imparts information to build mind, body and souls. We teach women to honor and respect themselves by encouraging them to live a healthy and active lifestyle;spiritually, mentally and physically. We help women to cultivate and maintain an ultimate relationship with God by teaching them the importance of divine order and excepting that there’s a higher and greater power than themselves. We provide a support system with positive role models that motivate, educate and inspire women. We provide a sisterhood and safe environment where women can be comfortable with being who the were created to be.
